The Way My Life Goes

Ever since I came to my senses
Life has been a turmoil
I don't know the way it has gone
Neither the way it will go
I just know
I still have a lot to go.

In times of solitude
Memories tend to tear me apart
The pleasant ones make me realize
The essence I have lost.
The bitter ones of the times
I was all alone.

Smile is an emotion unknown
Pain has been my buddy for so long
It's not that I am a pessimist
This is how my life is .
Even the single ray of hope
Gets blurred by that Dark Mist.
